If there is a cancellation or no-show within 24 hours of booked appointment, then client will be charged 50% of scheduled service before being allowed to book another service. If there is 2 cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of booked appointment, then client will be charged 100% of scheduled service at the 2nd cancellation and will be required to book a deposit on all appointments moving forward to avoid last minute cancellations. I allow a 15 minute grace period of your scheduled appointment if there is no notice BEFORE that client will be late. If you are able to let me know ahead of time that you will be any amount of time late to your appointment, then I can let you know if we will still have enough time for service. After 15 minute grace period, then a text will be sent to client letting them know that their appointment has been cancelled and will be required to pay 50% of scheduled service. All appointments can be rescheduled before the FULL&EXACT 24 hours before scheduled appointment (ie: if appointment is 9AM, you must reschedule by 9AM the day before) to avoid cancellation fees.
